The prices quoted in the IFA Farm Forestry Timber Market report were sourced from forest owners, forestry companies and sawmills.
There is strong demand in the market at present as supplies of timber in Europe have been constrained due to the Ukraine war. Russia, Ukraine and Belarus were major distributors into the EU.
