Organic Farming Scheme 2021
The Organic Farming Scheme will reopened to new entrants on the 1st March 2021.
IFA held an information evening for farmers who are considering applying for the scheme on 4th of March 2021
The Department of Agriculture provided details on the scheme with Teagasc supplying advice on how best to tailor your application and outline the most common pitfalls to avoid.
We heard first-hand from a farmer who has gone through the process and a Q & A session with the national certification bodies IOA and Organic Trust.
