Develop your skills and grow your farm business in a challenging environment with IFA Farm Business Skillnet training for Young Leaders!

IFA’s Farm Business Skillnet is continuing to build on its Young Leaders education programme aimed at building personal leadership and business development skills in young farmers.

A two-day course will take place this month with training, meals and overnight accommodation included.

Topics will include:

  • Creating and delivering an effective business plan for your farm enterprise
  • Develop your interpersonal skills
  • Practical communication and presentation skills
  • How you can influence policy

A number of guest speakers will provide an insight into the key aspects of running a business and the challenges their business have encountered and overcome.
